Factory trained field service technicians and excellent parts coverage are standard features with every world renowned materials handling machine from MASTEXPLORER Southern Africa. The majority of the replacement and service parts are held in our stores at unit 11, 14 Malone rd, Pinetown. Availability exceeds 90%. Our import facilities include a direct computer link with the MAST EXPLORER in Spain. Parts are ordered and in general arrive in South Africa within 48 hours.
We have factory trained Technicians and all services and repairs are undertaken on the Customer's site. Major repairs will be undertaken in our workshops only, in the absence of facilities on site.
