MULAG公司由股東——Wössner與Huber先生創建于1953年。
在1958年到1959年，其農業用車輛的出口擴張到奧地利、瑞士、比利時與希臘。
1964年，機場用車輛的設計與制造成為其新領域，最初制造的為傳送帶車。
后來，MULAG進入地勤設備領域，是伴隨其集裝箱運輸機與牽引車的制造。
MULAG was founded in the year 1953 by the shareholders Mr. Wössner and Mr. Huber.
In the years 1958 and 1959, the export of agricultural vehicles was extended to Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and Greece.
In 1964, the design and production of Airport Vehicles was initiated as new division. At the beginning, conveyor belt cars were manufactured.
The division ground support equipment was expanded with the construction of container transporters and towing tractors.
