Noell分為Noell移動系統與Noell起重機系統兩塊。

　　Noell于1824年創建于德國，始于一個鍛造與鑄件廠，專業于制造郵件馬車、貨車與運輸用起重機。將近兩個世紀后，Noell成為有聲譽的集裝箱搬運用跨車的制造與服務伙伴。

　　今天，德國Noell移動系統是意大利Fantuzzi集團的成員，并成為跨車領域的市場領袖。通過對我們現代化生產廠房機械與工序的再投資，我們不斷擴充我們的員工（現在已超過400人），與生產容量（年將近300輛）。Noell跨車的卓越性能在世界知名，許多最現代化、高效的集裝箱碼頭適用Noell設備。

距以Peiner為品牌名下的第一輛跨車的建造，到40年后的2008年夏季，Noell交付了第2000輛跨車。

　　Noell起重機系統(NCS)創建于1999年12月，2000年3月，Fantuzzi集團通過Noell起重機控股公司對NCS 進行80%股權的收購，2000年4月，成立了Noell Reggiane（德國）起重機服務公司，2000年9月，NCS收購了合資公司PN-CM 70%的股權，重命名為Noell起重機系統（中國）有限公司，2001年6月，NCS收購了Noell Reggiane（法國）——銷售與服務機構，2002年1月，NCS 脫離了其特種起重機事業，并與法國Réel集團創建了合資公司——NKM-Noell特種起重機（德國），2003年1月，融合了NCS與NRCS，2004年4月，脫離了Noell移動系統與起重機（德國）。

Noell was founded in 1824 in Würzburg, Germany as a forge and foundry works, specialising in the manufacture of mail coaches, freight wagons and transport cranes.

Almost two centuries later, Noell is an appreciated supply partner in the delivery and service of Straddle Carriers for container handling.

Noell Mobile Systems GmbH is part of the Italian Fantuzzi-Group, and a market leader in the Straddle Carrier business.

By reinvesting in the machinery and processes that are applied in our modern production facility, we continue to grow our workforce (now over 400 strong) and our production capacity (approximately 300 units per annum).

The superior performance of Noell Straddle Carriers is renowned worldwide and many of the most modern and efficient container terminals use Noell equipment.

40 years after the first Straddle Carrier has been built under the brand "Peiner", Noell is delivering in the summer 2008 the 2000th Straddle Carrier.
