廈門市首屆依法治理典型示范案例評選活動開始啦。本次活動，將通過評選出最具代表性的“廈門依法治理十大典型示范案例”，發揮典型示范作用，提高廈門治理體系治理能力現代化水平，并為國家依法治理提供更多“廈門方案”。本次初評，將采取網絡點擊關注、留言與專家評審相結合的方式，從32個案例中評選出20個入圍案例。

案例簡介

民營企業是國民經濟的重要組成部分，不少民營企業沒有養成法治思維，不懂得如何依法處理化解風險。對此，龍合智能裝備制造有限公司積極鏈接，讓全體員工與法學專家“面對面”，成為我市首個邀請法學專家走進企業宣講習近平法治思想的民營企業。

截止目前，該企業牽頭規劃4期的法治宣傳教育，已全部完成4期共16場次，近120位基層、中層、高層管理者及技術中心參加了本輪的普法宣傳活動，通過“點對點”“面對面”普法宣傳，對習近平法治思想的內涵及外延有了更為系統性的理解;還通過普法宣傳、崗前培訓、轉正考核、晉升評估、優秀員工評選等一系列措施，全面提升集團及下屬子公司全員的合規制度認知，確保人人知法懂法。
