我司結合企業實際場景及業務需求，設計開發了智能監控、生產執行管理系統、能耗管理系統、遠程運維管理系統等一系列智能化應用。

機械臂

焊裝車間內，龐大的機械臂猶如“鋼鐵巨人”之手來回擺動，根據生產需求協同完成零部件焊接等多個關鍵任務。

五面體加工

車間的五面體加工中心擁有五種不同角度銑頭，采用立、臥、回轉分度組合，實現車、銑及五面加工，可代替多臺加工設備的機器人流水線，滿足多種高精度及復雜零件的加工。

立體庫系統

該立體庫是我司的“快遞中轉站”，庫房已實現“到貨-拆箱-送檢-入庫-出庫”全流程智能化、可視化管控，讓每一個零部件快速“持證上崗”。

三坐標測量機

精準測量的數據保證了零件的尺寸和生產品質，不斷糾正精度誤差，提升品質。

檢測設備

為嚴格把控產品質量，我司設立專門設備檢測中心，有效保障產品質量。

數控機加車床

該數控立式車床具有卓越高精度技術，在確保加工電機機殼同心度時，大幅度降低機殼的變形量。

高速圓鋸床

高速圓鋸床可實現無人操作，完成切割任務，保持穩定切削力量，大幅延長圓鋸片壽命，提升切割品質。
