2023年11月23日，由全國工業車輛標準化技術委員會和北京起重運輸機械設計研究院有限公司主辦、諾力智能裝備股份有限公司承辦的"第四屆全國工業車輛標準化技術委員會成立大會暨四屆一次會議"在浙江長興召開。會議期間，龍合智能裝備制造有限公司的董事長楊靜作為屬具工作組組長，做《全國工業車輛標準化技術委員會屬具工作組2023年度工作總結及2024年度工作安排》為主題的工作報告，向與會者分享了屬具工作組在推進重要標準的立項、標準制修訂、屬具工作組的組織建設等方面所取的成績，并就分別就標準制修訂、復審、體系建設、組員培訓情況，國際標準化工作及2024年工作安排做詳細介紹和說明。
